Mona Point
Mona Gallosi, a reference in cocktails, opened the doors of her Punto Mona restobar, where she delights, from Wednesday to Saturday, with creations based on top-of-the-line spirits and different production techniques. Her menu could not miss the aperitif cocktails, such as the classic Spritz Veneziano, with Aperol, extra brut sparkling wine, soda and olives; the refreshing Pétalos, with cider vermouth, bianco vermouth, extra brut sparkling wine, coriander and jasmine; and the intense Smoke Manhattan, based on bourbon, Cointreau and rosso vermouth. It also offers a wide range of traditional drinks, such as Hesperidina and Pineral, all varieties of La Fuerza vermouth (white, rosso, Primaveral and Sidereal) and the different styles of Único vermouth (white, red and reserve). Depending on the plan, they can be paired with signature tapas or main dishes.

Krill
At Krill, chef Iwao Komiyama’s Asian tapas can be accompanied with cocktails from the prestigious Fede Cuco. Manhattan, Negroni and Tom Collins are some of the classic appetizers that make up the menu and it is completed with some signature options, such as the Blueberry Spritzz, with blueberry Aperol, simple syrup, a dash of lemon and sparkling wine; and the Krill Sbagliato, with a base of Negroni, a red fruit shrub and sparkling wine. In turn, on Wednesday the 19th, they will have a 2×1 all day long on the Krill HighBall 1, based on gin, and the Krill HighBall 2, based on Gancia, both with lemon, turmeric syrup and ginger beer.

Aldo’s Restorán and Aldo’s Wine Bar
Sommelier Aldo Graziani’s establishments, Aldo’s Restorán and Aldo’s Wine Bar, are distinguished by their complete selection of wines and Italian-American cuisine, but they also satisfy lovers of cocktails and aperitifs with interesting recommendations. In the restaurant, the Casa Negroni stands out, which combines gin, Campari and Alfonsina Floreale vermouth (based on Malbec); the Vecchia Signora cocktail, with amaro, fernet, syrup, lemon juice and soda; and Tre Stelle, based on Cynar, citrus syrup and tonic. At the wine bar, the Aldo’s Tonic is suggested, with gin, Leonce malbec vermouth, lemon and tonic; the Amaro Vecchio Sour, with amaro, lemon, aquafaba and simple syrup; and their version of the Negroni, with gin, rosso vermouth and spicy Pins.

The Captain
The La Capitana themed restaurant pays tribute to local cuisine through typical Buenos Aires dishes and pays homage to Eva Perón with a careful setting that takes us back to the 1940s. This concept is emphasized with a proposal of vermouth and appetizers that seeks to bring old customs to the present. Thus, this September 19, until 9 p.m. they will offer a 2 for 1 in jugs of cocktails such as the Evita Capitana, with rosso vermouth, orange and soda; the Descamisada, with Hesperidina, rosso vermouth, tonic and orange; and the Almagro Obrero, based on Amargo Obrero, Campari, grapefruit and mint. In addition, they will take advantage of the occasion to present the new Spring Malbec, which contains Cinzano Segundo, Malbec wine and ginger syrup, with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.

Recently, chef Dante Franco opened Bonito, a restaurant with an eclectic and seasonal menu that reflects his time in different cuisines around the world. The proposal includes dishes for all times of the day and, in the evening, the plan can include tapas to accompany with Lunfa Rosso vermouth (based on torrontés), Lunfa Rosé vermouth (blend of sauvignon blanc and pinot noir) or with cocktail classics , such as the Milano Torino, which combines Campari and vermouth, and the Negroni Sbagliato, with Campari, vermouth and sparkling wine. At the Peruvian restaurant Tori Chipchi, the specialty is wood-fired chicken, but there is also fried chicken, anticuchos and other traditional dishes that are accompanied by vibrant cocktails, made with quality spirits, tropical fruits and exotic syrups. Gula is a modern neighborhood grill that offers authentic wood-fired barbecue, smoked pieces and preparations with braised meats.
