In the foodie hub of Palermo, the prestigious La Mar cebichería conquers palates with its authentic flavors of Peruvian gastronomy. Located in the Palermo neighborhood, Asu Mare delights its visitors with typical Peruvian street food preparations by Lima chef Dangelo De la Cruz. Those who prefer to enjoy their proposal in an outdoor environment, the establishment has a cozy internal open-air patio, decorated with plants and fish tank-style glass, with tables for small groups of people. To celebrate the arrival of spring and toast among friends, the restaurant will give away a liter jug ​​of clericó to those who reserve for that day and order its famous Barco Cevichero. Designed to be shared between six people, it proposes a tour of the most outstanding dishes on the menu, such as mixed ceviche, rice with seafood, chaufa with seafood, leches de tigre, choritos de chalaca, tequeños and fish and squid chicharrón.

The Viejo Patrón restaurant is located in an imposing old three-story house that still retains its original façade. It has an attractive deck on the sidewalk and two rooms with vaulted ceilings, decorated with animal portraits on the walls and music that accompanies without overwhelming. The menu includes the following dishes: Jacketed prawns in mango emulsion with arugula, fresh mango and pickled onions; Flat Iron Steak with Persian potato and Key Lime Pie with seasonal fruits.

Let It V

The Let it V restaurant is distinguished by its healthy cuisine and its 100% plant-based and gluten-free preparations. Currently, it has four stores, distributed in different neighborhoods of the capital and equipped to enjoy outdoors. At the Manduca (Street & Art) headquarters, inside Paseo La Plaza, there is a large open-air terrace, with black and white tile floors, and elegant tables with lights and white umbrellas. For its part, the brand new Villa del Parque branch has two terraces: one covered, with different spaces to sit, and another outdoors, with views of the train station and an imposing church. AVG Electric Café

AVG Electric Café is a spot in Arcos del Rosedal that attracts attention for its modern and minimalist aesthetic in an environment full of vegetation. To enjoy the days and nights of spring, the Club de la Birra location at the San Isidro Racecourse has a terrace of more than 600 m2, surrounded by plants, trees, stables and stables. Growlers is a renowned bar with an urban and artistic spirit that fuses a wide variety of beer styles with tasty home cooking.
