Other requests for Lotocki’s arrest were rejected

The unfortunate death of Silvina Luna motivated the formation of another criminal complaint, corresponding to the Magistrate who intervenes in that event, to issue a ruling on if such circumstance affects the freedom of movement of the accused,” he said.
“The existence of other complaints against him cannot alter the content of the sentence that I opportunely handed down with respect to the named person. There are other facts, with other judges in charge of the investigation and, where appropriate, they are the ones who must decide about the restriction on Lotocki’s freedom,” argued the magistrate.
“Finally, a comfortable economic situation is also referred to, which includes the possibility of traveling outside the country, but this is not a budget to imprison him either,” said Rengel Mirat in his 3-page ruling.
