Sophie Turner sues Joe Jonas for the return of her two daughters to England

The “Hesitate” singer then filed for divorce on September 1, and the lawsuit claims Turner found out about the divorce “through the media” four days later.

Two weeks after Jonas filed for divorce, the musician and actress met to discuss their separation, and Turner claimed in documents that she “reiterated” her plan for the children to move to England, but now accuses him of retain their passports.

“The father has possession of the children’s passports”, the documents state. “He refuses to return the passports to Mother and refuses to send the children to England with Mother.”
