The accusations were made on December 4, 2021 by Allman’s ex-wife, Marie Angela Kingbefore the Los Angeles Superior Court, but they were only made public these days following the couple’s ongoing divorce case.
The complaint against Cher for kidnapping her son
In the filing, King claims that she and Allman had committed to working on their marriage after Cher asked her son to leave the family home.
Before the alleged kidnapping, Elijah and Marie spent twelve days alone in New York before celebrating their anniversary on November 30, the day they “four people entered the room” and “forcibly removed” Allman, who spoke more than once about his stormy fight against drugs.
The pop singer also spoke about the issue that haunts her family and dates back to her own father’s heroin use to the addictions of her eldest son’s father.
