The cat has lost weight. TV star Daniela Katzenberger took her followers on a diet journey on Instagram and is now showing the impressive before and after comparison.
Daniela Katzenberger shows off wonderfully likeable things on Instagram every now and then that she enjoys eating. It’s no wonder that over time, one or two extra kilos end up on the hips – but the cat was bothered by its curves and decided to fight them.
Daniela Katzenberger struggled for four months to get rid of her excess kilos. She often showed her healthy meals and how she prepared them on Instagram. A plus for her followers, and a minus for her, because Katzenberger lost almost ten kilos of weight over the summer.
On Instagram she shows the direct before and after comparison in the video and it is quite impressive what a visual difference 9.2 kilos, to be precise, make on the 1.63 meter tall blonde. She writes about the posting: “I didn’t give a shit what others said about my figure, whether positive or negative, but at the end of the day I have to feel good and unfortunately I don’t have that anymore…” She is proud of her achievement, because now she feels “really good” in her skin.
Healthy eating and exercise brought Daniela Katzenberger diet success
In addition to the healthy diet, which often consisted of protein-rich foods such as spinach with egg and tomatoes or avocado, salmon and scrambled eggs, the cat also did a lot of exercise. Whether alone or with a personal trainer, Daniela Katzenberger exercised almost every day and is grateful to her trainer for “torturing” her.
The posting with the pink pants, which she calls “motivational pants,” is also entertaining. A video before the diet shows that the pants were too tight and about to burst. Many women have such pants in their closet, true to the motto “I’ll go on a diet from tomorrow.” The cat did it, as the comparison shows: the pants fit perfectly.
