Her dad is friends with Taylor Swift. Not bad for filmmaker Shawn Levy’s four daughters.
Director and producer Shawn Levy (55) has described Taylor Swift (31) as a good role model for his daughters. “This woman wrote all of her own songs. She’s a true creative genius across all generations. She’s a force to be reckoned with – and she’s really fun to hang out with,” he told People.com.
Levy met Swift through fellow actor couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. Together with other celebrities, the four were seen at the Kansas City Chiefs football game against the New York Jets.
In Swift’s music video “All Too Well”, the filmmaker was exceptionally in front of the camera – as Swift’s father. He also included his own four daughters, all big Taylor Swift fans, in the video. “That gave me enough dad points for the rest of my life.”
Shawn Levy has directed films such as Night at the Museum and Deadpool 3. He also produced the series “Stranger Things.”
