The new series was presented this Thursday during the New York Comic Con. This sequel will see classic characters like Goku, Vegeta and Bulma turned into children, similar to what happened with Goku in Dragon Ball GT.

Some time ago, hand in hand with Dragon Ball Super, Toriyama returned to be one of the production heads in the franchise as character designer and narrative guide for the series. For this new series, the production company Toei announced that the mangala will have “an involvement beyond the regular one” and that he “planned several full episodes of this new story.”
Toei did not share more details but yes released a new trailer that leaves some clues of what may come for the series. Apparently most of the characters seem to become children through a wish with the Dragon balls and the heroes must recover them to return to their ages and defeat the villain.
This new series will arrive in Japan in our spring 2024 and it could have a very close release date in the rest of the world.
