Oliver Pocher has been unusually emotional since his separation from Amira Pocher. He shares many wedding pictures on his fourth wedding anniversary.
Oliver (45) and Amira Pocher (31) announced their separation two months ago. The failed marriage is bothering the moderator, as he has revealed many times since then. Now he remembers the wedding – and even congratulates on the wedding anniversary. Four years ago the two said yes in the Maldives – a real dream day, as the video shows again.
Footage shows Amira Pocher as a happy bride
A beaming Amira Pocher, who was pregnant with her first son at the time, can always be seen in the pictures. The video shows, among other things, her and her companions getting ready, how Amira runs in her long wedding dress next to her brother on the jetty across the turquoise sea and how Oliver Pocher tries to lift his wife with her baby bump. The scenes hit the comedian deep in the heart: “If your iPhone flashback gets you down,” he reveals about the emotional flashback. And then he even congratulates his wife despite the separation: “Happy 4th wedding anniversary.”
The ex-couple announced their marriage end at the end of August. Since then, Oliver Pocher has repeatedly emphasized that he did not want the separation. “I would have liked to have remained your partner for a long time,” he confessed, adding: “You broke my heart.” On Amira Pocher’s birthday on September 28th, he also publicly congratulated her with touching words: “Last year I didn’t manage to give you what you hoped for from me. At some point the point has come where you don’t have any “You felt love for me more,” he mused about his failed marriage on Instagram. “That’s where I failed as a spouse. I felt like we were strongest as a team, but feelings aren’t reality.”
In April she said: “I had the most beautiful wedding ever for me”
Now he’s upping the ante on his wedding anniversary. Will he be able to win his Amira back again? She has since moved out. But the memory of her wedding shouldn’t leave her indifferent either. It was only in April that she emphasized in a question and answer session: “For me, I had the most beautiful wedding ever.” Even though it was a small celebration, she said: “I’m absolutely grateful and don’t feel like I’m missing anything.”
Amira and Oliver Pocher were a couple for seven years. Shortly after the wedding in October 2019, their first son was born in November. A year later, son number two followed in December 2020. In the summer of 2023, the two suddenly spoke about marital problems – at the end of August they announced that they had actually separated. Oliver Pocher has three other children from his first marriage to Alessandra Meyer-Wölden (40).
