Ricardo Iorio died: his most remembered phrases

Ricardo Ioriothe greatest figure of Argentine heavy metal, died at the age of 61 in the Buenos Aires town of Coronel Suárez, where he had lived for several years, due to a heart attack.

This was confirmed to various media by his lawyer Juan Ignacio Vitalini, who explained that the death occurred while he was transferred to a hospital in the area for resuscitation.

Iorio was the greatest reference of Argentine heavy metal based on his leadership of central bands such as the seminal V8, Hermetic, Strong soul and in recent years with his solo career.

Regarding what he thinks of the young people who listen to his music and have him as a reference, the musician responded in a conversation with Radio Splendid’s The Morning of the Country: “I can’t tell you that I take it as a positive thing, poor things…”.
