Daniel Aminati shares a touching text to celebrate his anniversary with his wife, who is suffering from cancer. He wants another 50 years with her.
The TV presenter Daniel Aminati (50) congratulated his cancer-stricken wife Patrice (29) on their official Instagram account on their anniversary. On Thursday, October 26th, he posted a photo of the two of them in the Spanish metropolis of Barcelona. He wrote: “Exactly five years ago today I met this wonderful woman.” As a little fun, he added the ironic hashtag “five years a slave” and also placed a smiling smiley face behind it. “Here’s to another 50 years,” Aminati ended his post.
In the picture from Spain, Aminati and the psychology student are smiling. The two met in 2018 and got married in a civil ceremony in April 2022. Their daughter Charly Malika (1) was born in August 2022. But in March 2023 the shock came: Patrice was diagnosed with black skin cancer – which had already metastasized.
Patrice Aminati is currently undergoing cancer treatment
The 29-year-old had to undergo surgery and then began immunotherapy. During this difficult time, Daniel Aminati does not leave his loved one’s side and supports them in everyday life. “I am infinitely grateful for Daniel, who did everything, who helped me with everything,” said Patrice Aminati in mid-October at “YES!CON”, Germany’s largest cancer convention: “From the dishwasher to going to the pharmacy, held my hair up over the toilet – everything was there.”
Aminati regularly writes on her Instagram profile about how hard it is between motherhood and cancer treatment. In postings she speaks openly about her feelings and communicates with her followers. She has had to interrupt her therapy several times. In the most recent photos, the power woman appears happy and it looks as if things are looking up again.
