The late “Friends” actor Matthew Perry wanted to have a family of his own his whole life. But he was “afraid of love.”

But in 2021 he broke off the engagement and separated from her.
In an interview with People magazine about a year ago, Perry reflected on his behavior in relationships. “He’s no longer afraid of love,” he said at the time. He frantically found fault with all his ex-girlfriends, and then he broke up. A year ago he said: “But it can’t be that there is something wrong with everyone. I am the common denominator. I always left first because I thought they would destroy me.” For a long time, Matthew Perry assumed that women only wanted his money. As a result, he had an “enormous fear of love” for a long time and sabotaged his relationships.
However, he apparently didn’t completely overcome his financial fears, saying at the time that his future partner “should be someone who supports herself.
