With 20 cases pending before the Court, Lotocki requested that in seven of them the statute of limitations be applied due to the passage of time and that they be closed.
Lotocki’s proposals were in the complaints made against him by the Uruguayan actor Raphael Dufort, Sandra Domínguez, Beatriz Verger, Paola Auzmendi, Noelia Martínez, Jessica Venencio and Alicia Reid.
Given this, the investigating prosecutor, Pablo Recchiniasked that they all be rejected and now it will be resolved by the judge Luis Schlegel.
