The must-sees of The Night of the Ice Cream Parlors
DOLCE
This artisanal ice cream shop in San Isidro has an interesting range of flavors that stands out above average. To make them, they use top-of-the-line products such as Peruvian or Ecuadorian cocoa and natural nut pastes, made by themselves on the premises. The ice creams are extremely creamy thanks to a meticulous pasteurization and maturation process that enhances flavors and textures. Among its more than 29 varieties, stand out Rocher chocolate (56% Ecuador chocolate and artisanal hazelnut paste), Dolce dulce de leche (dulce de leche ice cream with natural dulce de leche and pieces of artisanal brownie), hazelnut ( made with toasted hazelnuts), the lemon pie (lemon curd ice cream with crumble and Italian meringue) and the expresso. During Ice Cream Night, all options can be purchased with a 50% discount.
- Address: Avenida Libertador 16246, San Isidro.

MARTINELLI
The brand is recognized for its temptations from different regions of Italy. It specializes in artisan pastry and ice cream, following classic recipes and using high quality products. On Ice Cream Night, they will offer a 30% discount on an iconic Sicilian dessert: the traditional cannolo filled with gelato. To choose from, they have a repertoire of 20 flavors with vegan and gluten-free options, which are distinguished from the typical Argentine ice cream by their particular softness and silkiness. This season, they recommend citrus and fresh flavors such as lemon, mango and passion fruit; and some irresistible classics like pistachio, Nutella and dulce de leche.
- Addresses: Conde 1001, Colegiales; Malabia 1779, Palermo; Av. Dr. Honorio Pueyrredón 874, Caballito and Leandro N. Alem 852 (Carriage Market), Retiro.

SUI GELÉ
This family ice cream shop makes its products in front of everyone, so it is very common to see its owners cutting fruit, peeling nuts or candiing orange peels. Its first headquarters in the heart of Parque Leloir is already a classic in the Zona Oeste and its most recent opening is in the Palermo neighborhood. In both locations, on Thursday night they will offer a 1 kg tasting of exclusive flavors at a special price of $6,000 (usually available for $7,000). The options are Fidel white chocolate, with natural dulce de leche and rum; the Sui Gelé cream, with blueberry, blackberry and raspberry sauce; Don Alberto chocolate, with whiskey and cookies; the Malena dulce de leche, with caramelized nuts; and the Italian lemon with cream, with meringue.
- Addresses: Gorriti 5023, Palermo and Av. Pte Perón 8655, Parque Leloir.

The brand with 50 years of history offers classic flavors and other very innovative ones, such as flan ice cream (based on cream and egg yolk) with natural dulce de leche; the dulce de leche Bombón, with natural dulce de leche and chocolate bonbons filled with dulce de leche; and cherry ice cream with maraschino cherries. All their recipes combine top-of-the-line cream, fluid milk and natural ingredients. Then, they are homogenized, pasteurized and matured to achieve their characteristic creaminess.
