We thought about it, we thought about it again and we still liked it. There we understood that there was the possibility of being able to do it. Wine invites you to infinite situations, to live, to moments, to memories, to reunion, to union, to family, to meet friends, to be accompanied by good music, or with a view, to a chat, to a friend, to those who listen to us or we listen to, and it is always better to have a drink, a meal, a few portions that end up being part of the magic that is generated. The use of biodegradable tableware and cutlery seeks to minimize plastic consumption and maximize recycling. At Overo we also minimize paper printing; creating a virtual letter and generating electronic billing, in addition to several other actions that will be incorporated over time.

In the cold season, our gallery and outdoor terrace have Brago brand sustainable heating, powered by sawdust pellets, an ecological fuel since trees do not need to be cut down because waste is used in sawmills and carpentry shops. It does not pollute, since it is C02 neutral biomass, which helps avoid the emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere and since it is 100% natural, it is not dangerous or produces bad odors. For the purpose of being aware; Thinking about the future, about our children and because of the value of the encounter, Overo cocktail bar and private wine club was born.

AFTERNOONS AND NIGHTS IN OVERO

Currently, Overo Bar opens its doors from Monday to Sunday from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m., with its terrace and gallery enabled and SPECIAL proposals where its visitors can enjoy different pairings with some glasses of the more than 400 Argentine wine labels.
