He Palermo Hippodrome invites you to enjoy the weekend with a wide variety of options to enjoy outdoors. This Saturday, November 11, starting at noon, there will be a special day within the framework of the National Grand Prix (G1), the most anticipated race on the equestrian calendar, recognized as the Argentine Derby, which brings together the best horses of the season on the Buenos Aires track.

Throughout Saturday, the Palermo Hippodrome will offer free activities for the whole family such as the train to starters, guided tours, a gastronomic fair with food trucks, live DJs, a soft square and games for the little ones.

He Train to Partidores, one of the most successful activities in previous editions, which will allow attendees to see the start up close and witness how the horse races start, feeling the adrenaline of the Turf in first person. The train will depart every half hour to enjoy an incredible experience close to the horses and it will be necessary to register in advance at the corresponding stand.

They will also be carried out Guided visits to learn about the history and architecture of every corner of one of the most emblematic places in the City with group outings at different times, starting at 1:30 p.m., lasting 45 minutes. Those who want to be part of the tour will have to register in advance in the indicated sector.

At 6:00 p.m., prior to the National Grand Prix, the stanzas of the National Anthem will be sung live by tenor Nicolás Romero.

In addition, all these activities can be accompanied with the sixth edition of the gastronomic fair Meatdedicated especially to fans of roast and grills. It will be held on Saturday, November 11 and Sunday, November 12, from 12 to 11 p.m. with free admission, entering through Avenida del Libertador and Dorrego. In case of rain, it is suspended.

Those who come to the Hippodrome will find with more than 30 stands and food trucks that will offer meat in all its varieties. Among the proposals to delight you can find: Creole grill, kamados, stokers, smokers, beef, pork, lamb, achuras, chorizo ​​and vegan options. Also, empanadas, minced meats, meat-based dishes, disco cuisine, wines, Rabieta beers, ice creams and traditional desserts.

At the fair there will also be live DJs and attractive for the little ones: soft square, educational games, plastic activities and brain games.

Meat! has the support of BA Capital Gastronómica, a government program that seeks to position the City of Buenos Aires as the gastronomic capital of Latin America. Its objective is to promote economic activity through the gastronomic development of Buenos Aires, from the generation of employment and the promotion of sustainable food policies.
