Shania Twain: Tour bus gets into horror crash – 13 injured

Horror crash in snow and ice

Fortunately, the singer was not in one of the vehicles, but numerous members of the production team were taken to nearby hospitals. According to local police authorities, the affected crew bus skidded due to snow and ice on the road and overturned. A total of 13 people are currently receiving medical treatment in a “non-life-threatening condition”.

The further course of the tour is still unclear

The statement from Twain’s management concluded: “We are incredibly grateful to emergency responders for their quick response and continued support. We ask for your patience as we care for our tour family.”

It is still unclear to what extent the rest of their tour will be affected by this accident drama. According to the tour plan, a concert is scheduled for this Thursday in the Canadian city of Saskatoon, and the last show for 2023 is scheduled to take place in Vancouver on November 14th.
