More quiz shows, less “million-dollar show”: That’s what the ORF entertainment director is planning

Since August 1st Martin Gastinger Head of entertainment at ORF. The former ATV managing director and Servus TV entertainment director has now outlined his first plans: The puzzle show “Clever” is scheduled to start in January, and two large quiz shows are planned for the main evening (Mon., Sat.). He’s also toying with a cooking show in the main evening: It’s worth thinking about.

The Viennese calls “The Million Show” “a pillar of the ORF 2 program”. Nevertheless, there will be a few fewer issues in the future because he would “like to try something out”. Gastinger dedicated himself intensively to setting up the new ORF children’s channel, which will be available online from January 1st. In addition, the ORF is “bringing in a new generation for moderation and editing”. They also won two influencers as moderators, only 12 and 16 years old respectively.
