Model Ireland Baldwin (28) explores the world with her daughter Holland. The daughter of Alec Baldwin (65) and Kim Basinger (69) shares several snapshots from her vacation on her Instagram account.
The little family soaks up the sun
In one photo, the mother-daughter duo is sitting in a pool while the sunset with palm trees in the background creates a holiday atmosphere. The model lovingly holds the little one on her lap and nestles her head against the baby’s.
A day later, Ireland Baldwin shared more pictures that show her, for example, on a beach with green mountains in the distance. You can also see a video of a waterfall, a man cutting a coconut with a machete, a sea lion lounging in the sand, and Baldwin’s partner RAC (37) with Holland in his arms. It is not known exactly where the small family relaxes. Based on the pictures, followers guess Hawaii or Costa Rica.
That’s why she chose the name Holland
Ireland Baldwin and producer RAC (whose real name is André Allen Anjos) became parents in May. At that time, the new mother shared the news with a selfie of the three of them in the delivery room. Her stepmother Hilaria Baldwin (39) promptly sent congratulations: “All these aunts and uncles and us grandparents are so excited that Holland is here.” She also showed a group photo of herself, her husband Alec and their seven children.
Ireland Baldwin had already revealed her daughter’s name before she was born. “We call it Holland. I’m Ireland, so it’s a different country name because we want to keep that consistent name,” she explained. “And then I love the actress Holland Taylor. I’ve always loved that name since I was young. I just thought it was so classy and beautiful, so we’re going with Holland.”
Since birth, the parents have been careful to keep their little one out of the public eye. Although the model occasionally publishes photos on Instagram, the child is then shown from behind or pixelated. Holland cannot be recognized in the holiday pictures either. Ireland Baldwin lovingly placed a heart over her face.
