Swift fan dies in hospital

A 23-year-old fan collapsed at Taylor Swift’s concert on Friday at the Nilton Santos Stadium, the news portal G1 reported. The young woman was taken to a hospital and died. According to the city health department, the cause of death is still under investigation. Fans had previously complained that they were prevented from bringing water bottles into the stadium despite the high temperatures.
Swift was shocked by her fan’s death. “I can’t believe I’m writing these words, but it breaks my heart to say we lost a fan before my show tonight,” the musician wrote on Instagram. “I can’t express how shocked I am about this.”
