Hollywood star Jamie Foxx has been accused of sexual assault. He is said to have touched a woman in intimate places at a party in Manhattan.
US actor and Oscar winner Jamie Foxx is accused of sexually harassing a woman in New York in 2015. This emerges from a document filed in a New York court on Wednesday (local time). In the document, the plaintiff, who remains anonymous, states that Foxx “intentionally and without her consent offensively touched her using force.”

According to the lawsuit filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, which was seen by the AFP news agency on Wednesday evening, Eric Marlon Bishop, alias Foxx, is said to have touched the woman’s breasts and genitals at a party on the rooftop terrace of a bar in Manhattan.
Foxx won an Oscar in 2005 for his role as Ray Charles in the 2005 biopic “Ray,” and in the same year he received an Oscar nomination for “Collateral.” He also became known for his role in Quentin Tarantino’s film “Django Unchained” alongside Christoph Waltz. He most recently appeared in front of the camera in Georgia for “Back in Action” with Cameron Diaz.
