About a year ago, on November 18, 2022, Manuel Thalhammer celebrated: The Linz cabaret artist had won the ORF “Comedy Challenge”. And with it a TV show. Late, but the special prize was finally redeemed: In June, the show was recorded in the Wels Theater Kornspeicher, and today it can be seen on ORF 1 at 9:40 p.m.
The title “It comes as it comes!” It already promises: Anyone who couldn’t use the waiting time was the winner, whose talent for improvisation is in demand.
First, Thalhammer has to guess his guests (perfectly!). Then complete tasks: for example, blindly guessing dances based on the step rhythms, with the Wels dancer Maria Angelini-Santner laughingly supporting him. With singer Josh. he reveals himself as a veritable Italo song bard (bravissimo!).
Rudi Roubinek has changed from the imperial chief steward Seyffenstein to the over-the-top “TV producer”.
The cabaret artist and his guests play courageously and pass the balls to each other in a collegial manner. Nevertheless, some prices can be a punishment. Therefore this time: Bravery medal for Manuel Thalhammer!
