The actor Aldo Pasturremembered for his work in television fictions such as “Learning to Live”, “Doll World” and “Father Courage”, He died during the last hours at the age of 74, as confirmed by the Argentine Association of Actors.
“He led a prestigious and uninterrupted career in film, theater and television. Our heartfelt condolences to his loved ones, accompanying them in this difficult moment,” the association said goodbye on its official X account (ex Twitter).
Labeled as one of the TV heartthrobs of the 80s, Pastur began his artistic career in the world of cinema, occupying production and director assistant positions, such as in the memorable melodrama “La Mary” (1974), by Daniel Tinayre and with the protagonists Susana Giménez and Carlos Monzón.
In those years, he also participated in the making of films such as “Crecer de buffet” (1977, by Sergio Renán) and “The lion’s share” (1978, by Adolfo Aristarain), a film in which he had his first appearance in front of the cameras with a minor role.
From that moment, Pastur dedicated himself fully to acting in film, TV and the world of advertising, with appearances in the aforementioned “Learn to Live” and “Mundo de Dolls”, as well as in “Loving… the savage”, “Betrayal” and “Ladies Detective”.
Later, also in the television field, he was a performer in soap operas such as “Apasionada”, “The price of power”, “Verano del 98”, “Rebelde Way”, “Padre Coraje” and “Malparida”, along with Juana Viale and Gonzalo Heredia.
His time on the film circuit was in productions such as “Time for Revancha” (1981), “Last Days of the Victim” (1982), “Stolen Flowers in the Gardens of Quilmes” (1985), “Three Merry Fugitives” (1988) and “Historias de cronopios y de fames” (2014), which would become his last appearance on screen, under the direction of Julio César Ludueña.
