“They are like corporations, they are all front men, partners. They knew very well what they put in, which is a powder that they mixed with liquid silicone, like biopolymer that infects the entire body and it leads you to death, as happened with Silvina Luna and other people,” Trenchi explained in statements to the program “Police Afternoons” on XLFM Radio.
Regarding the ruling of the Court of Cassation, which aggravated the sentence and included the crime of fraud, the victim explained: “I hoped that the fraud would prosper, because he scammed me. He ruined my life by doing something I didn’t ask him to do and placing a poison that leads to death. That’s more than a scam, It’s something criminal.”
“The prosecutor took the case on his shoulder, did everything he had to do and gave him 10 years of disqualification, 9 years of prison and included my complaint for fraud. But Judge Carlos Rengel gave him 4 and a half years, five years of disqualification and did not remove his registration. If he had taken it out, Cristian Zárate would have been alive today. “Justice was wrong,” assessed the businesswoman, who sued the surgeon in that case along with Stefanía Xipolitakis, Silvina Luna and Pamela Sosa.
Trenchi revealed that she is “happy” with the ruling of the Court of Cassation and now asked that Lotocki “rot in jail.”
“Now the trial of Cristian Zárate is coming up, which is for simple homicide and ranges from 8 to 25 years in prison. No matter how much they appeal to the Supreme Court, this is defined and I don’t think they will lower it, but given the death of Zárate. I hope it never comes out again.”he indicated.

Trenchi specified that in the coming days “Four more complaints are going to fall” to Lotocki and estimated that “many more are going to fall.”
