ProSieben show: “Masked Singer”: Eva Padberg was the fire extinguisher

The music and advice show “Masked Singer” has one bizarre participant poorer. There was a model in the cute but clunky fire extinguisher costume.

Model Eva Padberg was exposed on the music show “The Masked Singer” and voted out of the show. Padberg received the fewest audience votes on the ProSieben show and therefore had to reveal her identity. “Air is really great,” she said after pulling off the mask of the cute fire extinguisher costume she was wearing.

She had a lot of fun with the show; she felt “like a little kid in a toy store,” she said after her unmasking. After the show you have to stretch first – the chunky fire extinguisher with its big eyes looked cute, but also a bit immobile. Padberg said she would have liked to have been on the show for a little longer. But she is also looking forward to spending the coming Advent weekend with her family. She has already shown her performances to her four-year-old daughter, who really liked the fire extinguisher. “She will be very sad that he is out. But she will probably be happy that I will be there for it,” said Padberg.

She sang Icona Pop’s “I Love It” at the show. “I can party,” she replied when presenter Matthias Opdenhövel praised her performance. Padberg is a model, singer and actress.

Heiner Lauterbach was right with his tip

In the second program of the ninth season, the regular guessing team duo Alvaro Soler and Ruth Moschner was supplemented this time by actor Heiner Lauterbach – and he was promptly correct with his tip. He guessed that Padberg was acting the fire extinguisher. Because of the size, he was pretty convinced it had to be a model, he said. Soler and Moschner had guessed Stefanie Giesinger and Lena Gercke respectively.

At the start last Saturday, singer and actress Katja Ebstein was exposed. The show still includes a fluffy kiwi, an ice princess and a portly troll. For the latter, Moschner brought Conchita Wurst and Bill or Tom Kaulitz into play. Co-host Soler suspected that Jessica Wahls from the No Angels or comedian Anke Engelke could be behind the ice princess mask.

In “The Masked Singer” celebrities sing disguised in elaborate costumes. They will be exposed as soon as they do not get enough votes or win at the very end. The third episode will be broadcast next Saturday.
