Amira Pocher is not feeling well: stomach problems and loneliness plague her

The separation from Oliver Pocher has now also had an impact on Amira Pocher’s health. She had already been to the doctor with her stomach problems.

Amira Pocher is not doing so well at the moment, as she lets her fans and followers know in her podcast “Liebes Leben”. There she speaks weekly with her brother Hima about her life after her marriage to Oliver Pocher.

Her past week was “turbulent” and it “wouldn’t be boring.” A few days ago she trained again: stomach, legs, buttocks, the full program. She hasn’t done that much in the last few weeks because I wasn’t physically fit.

She also reported her problems: “If you don’t eat for a few days, you won’t be able to exercise because you’ll see stars.

Amira Pocher: She currently needs a lot of rest and a cell phone in flight mode

Amira Pocher even went to a practice to be examined. “My stomach. I also went to the doctor because he was completely acidic and couldn’t sleep at night.

That’s why she currently needs a lot of peace and quiet, she wants to “be alone”. The perfect day for her at the moment: “It’s a little more relaxed without children. It’s nice to just sleep in and not hear anyone in the house.”

When the weather permits, she likes to go into the garden, smoke a pipe and listen to loud music. Inside, she enjoys drawing, playing the piano, ordering food and lighting lots of candles in the living room. However, she doesn’t want to invite any friends at the moment. Although she has a lot of them, she enjoys having game nights with them. But at the moment she can’t do that.

“When you have a life where there’s so much going on, where there’s so much noise and so much action, you’re just happy not to have to talk to anyone and just enjoy the silence.”

She is currently getting “aggressions when anyone calls me.” She prefers to have her cell phone in airplane mode at the moment. Brother Hima also let it be known that even he doesn’t “always get immediate feedback” from her. Amira Pocher admits that she is “not that social” right now.

She often receives “articles sent” “in parallel with this terror”. She doesn’t want to have to “see” or “hear” any of this. Pocher also finds it exhausting to have to be “happy” and “positive at all times”: “I’m happy when I don’t have to laugh for an hour.”
