Amazon Prime Video confirmed the release date of April 12, 2024 falloutyour long-awaited new series from the creators of Westworld, Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, based on the best-selling game franchise in the world. It will be available to stream exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries.
Today the first official images and a first description of the characters were presented.
What Fallout is about
In the world of Fallout, the future imagined by Americans in the late 1940s explodes on itself through nuclear war in 2077. The magic of the world of Fallout is the harshness of the wasteland versus the utopian idea of previous generation of a better world through nuclear energy.
Set in the post-apocalyptic future of Los Angeles and the world of Fallout, the series is an original story based on Fallout that will become part of the games canon.
The Fallout franchise has seen record sales and received dozens of Game of the Year awards, while its mobile game, Fallout Shelter, has been downloaded more than 170 million times.

Fallout Character Descriptions

Ella Purnell plays “Lucy.” Lucy is an optimistic resident of one of the shelters, with a very positive and typical American spirit, who can do anything. Her peaceful and idealistic nature is tested when people hurt her loved ones.

Aaron Moten plays “Maximus.” A young soldier hides his tragic past while being part of a military faction called The Brotherhood of Steel. He believes in the nobility of the Brotherhood’s mission to bring law and order to the Wasteland, inhospitable terrain in the wake of the apocalypse—and will do anything to achieve his goals.

Walton Goggins plays “The Ghoul.” The Ghoul survives in the Wasteland as a bounty hunter. He is pragmatic, ruthless and hides a mysterious past.

Kyle MacLaughlin plays “Supervisor Hank.” Hank is the Overseer of Vault 33 and Lucy’s father. He is eager to change the world for the better.
Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner are executive producers, writers and co-showrunners. Nolan and Joy are executive producers through Kilter Films under their overall deal with Amazon. Kilter Films’ Athena Wickham also executive produces alongside Todd Howard for Bethesda Game Studios and James Altman for Bethesda Softworks. Amazon and Kilter Films produce in association with Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks. Nolan directed the first three episodes of the epic series.
