US singer Alicia Keys (“Girl On Fire”) says she is happy about aging. “I love getting smarter,” the 42-year-old told the US magazine “The Cut”. “I love being more observant. I love being aware of what I’m thinking.” According to the musician, she now seeks less confirmation from others.
“I think you become more beautiful as you get older,” said the singer, who made headlines a few years ago when she appeared to walk red carpets completely without makeup. As people get older, their hearts open up more, Keys said. “You have a way about you that is so much stronger in a way. I really know that when you recognize these things about yourself, when you become wiser, when you grow older, when you become more yourself, you become more beautiful becomes who you actually are.”
