The project aims to change the current surface of the economic and tourist circuitwhich generated resistance from neighborhood organizations that opposed it since the passing of the law that gave rise to it, considering that the measure was going to negatively impact their quality of life.
The district was driven by the Buenos Aires executive to promote, through tax benefits, the development of different activities related to the wine industrybetween them, wine cellars and cellars, restaurants, museums, tasting areas and wine-related exhibitions.
According to current regulations, it is delimited by the streets October 12, Espinosa, Biarritz, Avenida San Martín, Carlos Antonio López, Avenida General Paz, Cervantes, Tinogasta, Emilio Lamarca, Ricardo Gutiérrez, Alfredo Bufano y Terrero.
