According to the report, in her application after 14 years of marriage, Emily Stofle is demanding sole custody of their eleven-year-old daughter Lula Boginia Lynch as well as spousal support and reimbursement of the resulting legal fees. However, the 77-year-old should be granted visitation rights for Lula. Nothing is known about a marriage contract between the two.
The actress and the director met and fell in love in 2006 on the set of the David Lynch film “Inland Empire.” The two married in 2009. Their first and only daughter was born in 2012.
