Ingredients
- 1 spinach pionono
- 150 gr machine cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1-2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 can corn kernels
- lettuce
- optional: grated carrot or hearts of palm
- c/n Mayonnaise or mixture of mayonnaise and cream cheese
Preparation
- Stretch the pionono leaving the porous part facing up. Spread generously with mayonnaise or a mixture of cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Place the cheese and other ingredients in rows.
- Put a little more mayonnaise on top and roll with pressure.
Classic sweet and sour pionono recipe: ham and cheese
Ingredients
- 1 sweet pionono
- 200g. cooked ham
- 100g machine cheese
- 3 hearts of palm
- 1 tomato
- Lettuce
- 10 olives
- 200g. mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt

- Spread the pionono with mayonnaise.
- First add layers of ham and cheese. Then spread the lettuce cut into thin strips, the tomato, the hearts of palm and the chopped olives evenly on top.
- Roll up and decorate the outside.
Tuna pionono
Ingredients
- 1 sweet pionono
- 50g. cream cheese
- 100g. mayonnaise
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 handful parsley
- 50g. of black olives
- 2 hard-boiled eggs

Classic tuna pionono.
Preparation
- Mix the tuna with the mayonnaise and cream cheese.
- Spread the filling on the pionono and add the olives, parsley and chopped hard-boiled egg on top.
- Roll up and decorate with more mayonnaise.
