After breaking into his property: Keanu Reeves continues to tour with his band undeterred

Last week, an incident occurred in the life of Keanu Reeves (59) that is horrifyingly similar to the one in his blockbuster “John Wick” – with the difference that luckily no puppy was harmed: thieves disguised with ski masks were last Thursday (December 7) entered his Los Angeles mansion. However, the star doesn’t seem to be fazed by the worrying incident: the first pictures of Reeves after the break-in show him relaxed after a gig with his band Dogstar in Toronto, where he grew up.

In the photos from Sunday (November 10), Reeves can be seen standing in front of his band’s tour bus with a guitar bag. He had given a concert with Dogstar in his home country of Canada the day before.

Perpetrator still at large

Even the fact that the burglars are still at large couldn’t stop Reeves from touring. The perpetrators gained entry to his home in LA last week by breaking a window, surveillance camera footage showed. They are said to have stolen a weapon there, among other things.

A few hours before the incident on Wednesday evening around 7 p.m. (local time), the police were called to the Hollywood star’s property by an anonymous caller who had reported an intruder. According to TMZ, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department searched the property but found nothing. At around 1 a.m. they were called to the house again after the burglars gained access to the house and triggered an alarm.

Reeves was not home at the time of the break-in, according to the report. The actor has been the victim of burglary attempts several times. In 2014, intruders gained access to his property twice within three days. Reeves was at home during both incidents.
