Numerous prizes such as a prefabricated house or two e-cars will be raffled on December 24th.
ORF General Director Alexander Wrabetz is very satisfied with the great interest in the ORF vaccination lottery “Whoever vaccinates, wins”: One and a half weeks after the start, 1.2 million participants have already registered for the lottery. More than 4.2 million people have informed themselves about the campaign on the homepage, for which one can register until December 20th.
Almost 1000 prizes, which are provided by Austrian companies, will be raffled among all participants. The main prizes include a prefabricated house, two electric cars, kitchen equipment and smart TVs. The winners of the “Impflotterie Austria” will be announced on December 24th during the program “Licht ins Dunkel”.
ORF General Director Alexander Wrabetz is proud of the campaign: “All of us at ORF now consider it our socio-political task to report calmly, exclusively based on facts and across all possible social divides about Corona and vaccination.”
The regional reporting of the state studios is particularly important in imparting knowledge and in reducing fears and prejudices with regard to vaccination.
