While many wait for the return of Oasis, the Gallagher brothers continue to deliver some gems. This time it is Noel who shared new versions of the English band’s songs “Going Nowhere” and ““The Masterplan”.
These songs were recorded at Abbey Road studios in London along with their High Flying Birds. The two songs were originally B-sides and also appeared on the Oasis compilation album, The Masterplan (1998), which was re-released earlier this year for its 25th anniversary.
The premiere is accompanied by new videos, where the singer and guitarist appears with his project Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds recording in the legendary London studio. The musician is on tour in different parts of the United Kingdom.

Liam Gallagher announced new tour to mark the 30th anniversary of Oasis’ first album
In October, the singer announced a tour to celebrate 30 years since the release of the famous band’s debut album. In total there will be 12 shows in the United Kingdom and Ireland, in which he will play those greatest hits of the group formed in 1991 in Manchester and dissolved in 2009.
The tour will begin in Sheffield on June 2, and will end on June 27 in Manchester, the Gallaghers’ hometown, one day before the start of the Glastonbury music festival.
The announcement detailed that at the shows, the public will be able to enjoy the complete album that took Oasis to the top, plus “selected B-sides from the time.”
“I’m jumping around the house announcing the ‘Definitely Maybe’ tour,” Liam noted. “It is the most important album of the 90s without exception. “I wouldn’t be here without him and neither would you, so let’s celebrate together.”he added.
According to British media, Gallagher is likely to have Oasis co-founder, Paul Arthurs —also known as Bonehead—, who already did concerts with Liam earlier this year after suffering from tonsil cancer from which he was discharged in September 2022.
