The traditional homeless festival takes place in Berlin on December 22nd. Franz Zander, the initiator of this Christmas party for the homeless, is unfortunately still ill.
According to his son, the Berlin pop musician Frank Zander (81) is now being treated at the Charité. He was still weak, it was said on Sunday in response to a query from the German Press Agency. “Yesterday we laughed together again,” said Marcus Zander.
At the beginning of the week, the Berlin veteran came to the hospital. He was tired and weak and almost fell asleep while eating. Zander Junior confirmed during the week that the traditional Christmas party for the homeless and needy in Berlin should still take place next Friday. In August, Zander Senior announced his retirement from the big stages.
