“They are the real heroes in this pandemic, all the women and men who strive in the hospitals under the most difficult of conditions to provide all patients – those who are sick with Covid, as well as everyone else – the best possible care and fight for their lives, “says Brucknerhaus-Chef Dietmar Kerschbaum. But the applause that thanked the medical staff last year has faded. Kerschbaum: “Today they are even insulted by vaccination opponents and corona deniers.”
The OÖN campaign “Tombola of Appreciation” put Kerschbaum together with the renowned Sektkellerei Schlumberger now a huge contingent of tickets for the operetta “Viennese blood” available on January 5th in the Brucknerhaus. In addition to Kerschbaum himself as Count Baldwin Zedlau, his wife is also a popular opera soprano Renate Pitscheider as Gabriele there.
