It is a limited batch of 3,220 bottles made under the champenoise method, with a contact period of 12 months on lees. “In these five years we noticed that the consumer is open to trying new things, that is why we bet on Roussanne – Marsanne, a blend widely used in France, but which is not very typical for sparkling wines,” explains Francisco Rodríguez, Global Sales Director of Corbeau Wines.
