On December 25th, ZDF will present the 180-minute show in prime time from the Düsseldorf exhibition hall. Fans can look forward to “a varied program of lots of music, surprising duets, breathtaking artistry, touching moments and very special productions.”
Fischer recently released a new version of “Atemlos” with Shirin David. Pop singer Nena, the US band Gossip, the ESC winner Loreen, the Scottish band Simple Minds and others will also be guests on the show.
The popular format was last recorded in 2019. In the years that followed, the show was canceled due to Corona, and in 2020 there was a best-of compilation. Most recently, according to ZDF, “The Helene Fischer Show” collapsed in 2022 due to “many imponderables and production challenges”.
