In this exclusive countdown of the 100 most iconic food places in the world, four Argentine restaurants They stood out notably. Uncle’s Fondain Bariloche, ranked 14th; Güerrín (31st place) and El Cuartito (53rd place), two emblematic pizzerias in Buenos Aires; and the renowned Don Julio grill (position 57), located in the Palermo neighborhood in the federal capital.
Taste Atlas explained that the choice is based on three fundamental criteria: restaurants’ longevity, visitor ratings, and Taste Atlas ratings of the iconic dishes they offer. These places are not only places to eat, but also represent cultural institutions in their respective cities.
