Journalist Marcelo Polino revealed details about the health of the actor and comedian Antonio Gasalla after being hospitalized for several months after being diagnosed with severe dementia.
Polino assured that the actor’s memory is deteriorating and he no longer recognizes his family and friends.
Before traveling to Mar del Plata, the journalist stopped by to greet his friend and revealed that “he left with a lot of anguish.”
“I didn’t want to come to Mar del Plata without seeing him, so I went to see him and the truth is that I was left with a very sad feeling. It’s been more than a month or so since I’ve seen him and he no longer recognizes anyone, not even his friends. family or friends,” Polino expressed very sadly in the program “Socios del Espectáculo”, which is broadcast on El Trece.

Among the most worrying details about his state of health, the journalist confessed that Gasalla does not remember his profession.

According to the journalist, The comedian had to be given a gastric belt since he was not eating.

“He is there to strengthen his muscles, to be able to stand up and walk,” Polino explained and added that he will then go to another place to treat his memory problem: “He is going to go to a nursing home specialized in his pathology.”
