Chef Agustín Brañas managed to forge a gastronomic proposal that was consolidated in such a way that it was recognized by the Michelin Guide. The use of haute cuisine techniques, fused with top-of-the-line products and home cooking recipes, were the perfect combination for success.
Since all the products here are very carefully prepared, they also offer specialty coffee, something not very common in restaurants: they use lightly roasted Colombian and Brazilian coffee from Fuego Tocadores de Café. You can order different cold coffee options, such as Espresso Tonic (tonic water base with 2 shots of espresso), Cold Americano or Iced American (classic light American coffee with 2 shots of espresso), Iced Latte (mild coffee with milk , palate-friendly for people who are not used to coffee), Iced White (cold, intense coffee with milk) or Iced Mocca (intense chocolate served with two shots of coffee).
In all cafes, cow’s milk can be replaced with almond milk, made on-site daily.
