British Princess Kate celebrated her 42nd birthday. The royal family’s Twitter account featured a photo of the princess taken on the coronation day of her father-in-law, King Charles III. showed. It read: “Wish the Princess of Wales a happy birthday.”
It was not known exactly how Kate planned to spend the day. When asked by the German Press Agency, Kensington Palace simply said that she would celebrate her birthday in private. However, no details were given.
Since the death of Queen Elizabeth II in September 2022, Kate has held the title of Princess of Wales, previously held by Princess Diana. Her husband Prince William (41) is now heir to the throne and bears the title Prince of Wales.
