They premiere “Put the Body”, a documentary with experiences of health personnel during the pandemic

The production will be screened and debated this Thursday, December 9 at 12, in the Caeiro classroom of the San Martín de La Plata Hospital, the provincial health ministry specified.

The production of the documentary, which lasts 48 minutes, was in charge of the Directorate of Health Care Policies, dependent on the Provincial Directorate of Hospitals, with the audiovisual producer Lucía Portelli, as coordinator of the project, and with contributions of the Directorate of Communication and Health of the Ministry of Health of the province of Buenos Aires.

The testimonies that can be seen include workers from the various disciplines that contain health personnel: doctors, nurses, orderlies, biochemists, maids / maids, administrative staff, among others.

The main objective of the creation and dissemination of this communication product is to revalue their experiences, told in the first person and approached from a multidimensional and multidisciplinary perspective.

The managers of this project indicated that “it seeks to represent the feelings of health personnel and integrate the main axes that went through the pandemic” from different thematic nuclei.

On the other hand, from the Provincial Directorate of Hospitals of the Ministry they detailed that this documentary contributes to the recognition and enhancement of the work carried out daily by public health workers and, specifically, to the effort made throughout the pandemic.

After the premiere, a round of cinema-debate sessions will begin in hospitals, with the presence and participation of health personnel, hospital managers and officials.
