This weekend comes Chorifestthe festival of Buenos aires city that worships choripan. The gastronomic fair will bring together 30 stalls and food trucks that will offer a wide variety of classic Argentine sandwich: since the traditional until author choriswith different meats, breads and dressings. There will also be roast meats, desserts, wines and craft beer. Learn more.
It will be the seventh edition of this fair that has already become one of the most attractive proposals within the fair calendar of the Buenos Aires scene. Cooks and grillers will surprise the public with tasty creations, classic or boldfor for all tastes.

Chorifest: when and where will the festival be for grill lovers?
The event will be Friday, January 19 and Saturday, January 20of 18 to 1in it Palermo Hippodrome (Av. Del Libertador and Dorrego), CABA. Entrance is free and open. In case of rainis rescheduled for Friday, January 26 and Saturday, January 27.

What to eat? Must-see Chorifest
Those interested will be able to explore various flavors: a lamb chorizo version, with red onion, with yogurt, cucumber, mint and sweet potato; or a vegetarian chori, with eggplant, spinach, goat cheese and honey; or one smoked, with mushrooms, lettuce, orange and garlic; and, of course, the traditional choripán with creole sauce. It will be a tribute to this emblem of our traditional cuisine.
In addition, other must-haves from the Argentine grill: gizzards, vacuum, roast strips, bondiolas, tenderloins, ribs. In turn, there will be empanadas, vegan and TACC-free proposals, wines -includes boutique wineries-, drink bars, craft beers and desserts.

In this edition, there will be a contest for you to choose best cook of the fair. And, as always, the little ones will have a special section of Didactical games, plastic arts space and Reading corner.
