Different lifestyle as a reason for separation

The two are said to have met in Amsterdam in the summer. They also flew together to the wedding of Meis’ friend Dr. Emi Arpa in Mallorca in September. The red carpet premiere followed in October. Second separation within a year
It’s their second breakup within a year. It was only in February last year that Sylvie Meis announced her marriage to the German artist Niclas Castello (45). For Meis it is the second failed marriage. From 2005 to 2013 she was married to ex-soccer star Rafael van der Vaart (40). Together they have a son, Damián van der Vaart (17), who is also starting out as a professional soccer player.
