The 64th edition of Cosquín National Folklore Festivalwhich will begin on Saturday and run until January 28, will finally be televised by the Public TV.
“We have reached an agreement after several back and forths,” said the mayor of Cosquín, Raúl Cardinalli.
The conflict had broken out due to the announcement by the Public TV authorities not to invest in the generation of the source signal. However, according to Cardinali, “a little was given on both sides”.

The opening of the Festival will take place on Saturday with a program that will include Las Voces de Orán, Franco Luciani, Horacio Banegas, Victoria Birchner, Ariel Ardit, The Santiagueños ManserosFlor Paz and Sergio Galleguillo.
On Sunday, January 21, the second moon will take place, with the performance of Coplanacu DuoYamila Cafrune, Postcards from Provinces: Córdoba, Algarroba.com, Suna Rocha, Nahuel PennisiMarina Cornejo, the malambo group that won the Pre Cosquín 2024, Destino San Javier -consecration of Cosquín in 2023-, and El Indio Lucio Rojas.
The third moon, scheduled for Monday, January 22, will be opened by Orellana Lucca, Silvina Lallana and Milena Salamanca, after which will be followed by Peteco Carabajal with Reinas Libres, Los Díaz Pasan Volando, Adrián Maggi, Los Videla and Facundo Toro, with the close of Oscar Chaqueño Palavecinoin his 40 years of artistic career.
On Tuesday the 23rd they will perform Pedro AznarVíctor Heredia, the vocal duo that wins Pre Cosquín 2024, Maggie Cullen, Ahyre, Grupo Vocal Argentino, Priscila Ortíz, Gustavo Chazarreta and Rally Barrionuevo.
The billboard of La quinta luna, scheduled for Wednesday, January 24, includes Los 4 de Córdoba-55 Años con Amigos, Sebastián Ruiz, Por Siempre Tucu, Sergio Fasoli -revelation at Cosquín 2023-, Sofía Assis, José Luis Aguirre, the vocal ensemble and the stylized dance couple that emerge from Pre Cosquín, Lucrecia Rodrigo, The Carabajal and the “20 Years” Junta.
For Thursday the 25th, the participation of Néstor Garnica, Quebradeños is scheduled: Tomás Lipán and Fortunato Ramos, Marina González, the Malambo Soloist who emerged from Pre Cosquín, Emiliano Zerbini, La Bruja Salguero, Chango Spasiuk, La Delio Valdez and The Tekis.
