The gothic comedy with high sexual content “Poor things” and “Killers of the flower moon”of Martin Scorseseabout the murders of members of the Osage Nation in the 1920s, received nine nominations.


The three films will compete for the ceremony’s top award, best film, along with the courtroom drama “Anatomy of a fall” and “The holdovers”a comedy set in a boys’ boarding school.
The box office phenomenon “Barbie”starring Margot Robbie in the role of the famous Mattel doll, is nominated in five categories.
The BAFTAs (British Academy of Film and Television Arts), the most important awards in British cinema, will be presented in London on February 18.
