Robert De Niro on Baby Gia: “All worries are gone when I look at her”

Robert De Niro’s youngest child is nine months old – and can make all worries disappear in a “miraculous” way, as he has now revealed.

Hollywood star Robert De Niro (80) apparently has a lot of joy with his youngest daughter Gia. “It feels great,” about his late fatherhood.

De Niro added, with tears in his eyes, according to the report: “Everything that bothers me or worries me just disappears when I look at her. It’s wonderful. When she gets older – who knows? But this very sweet one The way she looks at you, takes you in, thinks, looks, observes…”

However, Robert De Niro apparently does not interfere in the upbringing of his youngest daughter. He left this “hard work” to his partner Tiffany Chen, he explained in October. The two became parents together for the first time in April 2023; De Niro has a total of seven children.

The actor apparently told the Guardian in reference to his age: “It doesn’t get any easier.” He supports his girlfriend, but she does the work. However, Chen gets help, which is important to him. However, he still enjoys being a father: “It’s different with a baby than with my eleven-year-old. With my adult children. My grandchildren. Everything is different.”

De Niro has daughter Drena (52) and son Raphael (47) from his marriage to Diahnne Abbott (79), twins Aaron and Julian (28) and son Elliott (25) and daughter from his ex-girlfriend Toukie Smith (71). Helen (11) with ex-wife Grace Hightower (68).

In July 2023, it was announced that De Niro’s grandson Leandro, the son of his first daughter Drena, had died at just 19 years old. He died after taking adulterated pills. “Someone sold him pills laced with fentanyl,” De Niro’s daughter wrote on Instagram a few days after her son’s death. De Niro himself said he was “deeply shocked” in a statement.
