December 2nd was a very special day in the life of Sarah Engels and her husband Julian: Their daughter Solea Liana was born. It is already the second child for the singer, who already has a son Alessio from her first marriage to Pietro Lombardi. “Dad, mom and your big brother love you infinitely and are full of happiness and pride,” wrote the 29-year-old on Instagram.
True to the motto “joy shared is joy doubled”, the couple combined the birth of their daughter with a good deed and donated money for a charitable project: “Water is life, and that is why our little newborn angel – Solea Liana – is already doing something really big, “wrote Engels on her Instagram page. “A well with fresh drinking water, sufficient for an entire village in Uganda, was built in her name.”

The name Solea comes from French or Spanish and stands for the word sun (French “soleil”, Spanish “soleado” = sunny). The name Liana comes from the word “iovilius”, which translates as “consecrated to Jupiter”.
