The drink proposal is accompanied by a selection of tempting tapas designed by Martín Jatip, F&B and executive chef of the hotel, such as hummus with gremolata and tostón, potato and onion omelette, creamy Serrano ham croquettes, meat empanadas cut with a knife and, in addition, the tempting sandwich menu will be available.
